What are your service charges?
We do not charge up front fees. Our initial consultation is carried out at our cost and the adviser will explain our fees prior to any work being carried out.
Are you independent?
Yes, we are not tied to any specific financial institution or product provider. This allows us to offer unbiased advice tailored to your individual needs, selecting from a wide range of options available in the market. Our focus is solely on finding the best solutions for you, without any influence from external parties.
Do you have exclusive rates?
We work with a variety of lenders, including smaller ones, who often offer competitive rates that may not be readily available elsewhere. This enables us to explore a wider range of options and potentially secure better rates for our clients.
What do you need from me for a mortgage application?
Initially we will need to have a 20-minute chat to find out more about your financial position and goals. And our experienced advisers will be able to give you their initial thoughts. From there we will need further documentation to confirm your options and proceed to an application, typically these are photographic ID, proof of address, and evidence of income. Please see our ‘customer privacy notice’ for further details about how we use & store your data.
What if I can’t contact you during your working hours?
If you're unable to reach us during our standard working hours, we'll make every effort to accommodate you by scheduling a telephone call or meeting outside of these hours. Please get in touch with us, and we'll work together to find a suitable arrangement.
